Ye Shakespeare is one the oldest pubs in Bristol. A truly beautiful building set on a site near to where the Knights Templar first came back from the Crusades. It’s also rumoured that Dick Turpin, the notorious Highway Man, used to stay at the pub.

Ye Shakespeare is set on a site which has probably been a watering hole of some description for thousands of years.
